Conference Room Connector TLS Certificates Follow


Zoom periodically updates the certificates required for Conference Room Connector devices to join a Zoom meeting with a TLS connection. When these certificates are updated, administrators may need to install the new certificates to continue connecting to Zoom meetings.

Certificate Details

We currently issue certificates through DigiCert. If the root certificate is not in your system's trust store, it may need to be added manually.
