Importing and exporting SIP/H.323 rooms

Note: Starting January 18, 2021, new accounts provisioned with Cloud Room Connector licenses will automatically have access to the new enhanced API Room Connector for SIP/H.323 devices. If you were provisioned a Cloud Room Connector (CRC) license, prior to January 18, 2021, please use our Room Management instructions for the standard API Room Connector.
SIP/H.323 devices can be mass provisioned in Zoom via importing a CSV file with a list of devices and configuration options. Rooms already provisioned can be exported as well as a CSV file. This can be useful when making configuration changes to multiple rooms at once.

Prerequisites for importing and exporting SIP/H.323 rooms
- A Pro, Business, Enterprise, or Education account
- Owner, Admin, or “H.323/SIP room connector” Role based privileges
- A Zoom account with a Cloud Room Connector license
How to export room configurations
To export the current list of provisioned rooms, including the configuration options:
- In the navigation panel, click Room Management, then click Cisco/Polycom Rooms.
- Click the Rooms tab.
- Click Export.
A CSV file with the current provisioned rooms as well as their associated configuration settings will be downloaded. If making changes to configurations for the rooms, the file can be edited and then re-imported.
How to import room configurations
To import a list of rooms, including the configuration options:
- In the navigation panel, click Room Management, then click Cisco/Polycom Rooms.
- Click the Rooms tab.
- Click Import.
- Browse for the CSV file.
- Click Open.
The CSV file will be then imported into Zoom. If the import is successful, the rooms will be added to the room list. If any of the rooms were already provisioned, then any current configuration options will be overridden by the options in the CSV file.
