Paying with PayPal or credit card as an OnZoom Attendee Follow

Overview

Note: OnZoom is only available to the US market as of launch; OnZoom will be available globally at a later date.

Tickets for paid OnZoom events can be purchased using PayPal, a credit card, or a debit card.

Prerequisites

  • Free, Pro, Business, Enterprise, or Education account
  • Zoom desktop client
    • Windows: 5.3.0 (52651.0920) or higher
    • macOS: 5.3.0 (52651.0920) or higher
  • Pro, Business, Enterprise, or Education account

Payment methods

During the ticket purchase checkout process, select the payment method you want to use:

  • Pay with PayPal
  • Pay with Credit or Debit Card 

Paying via PayPal

  1. Select PayPal as your payment method.
  2. Click the Place Order button; a new window will open.
  3. Sign in to your PayPal account.
  4. Confirm your payment method, then click Pay Now.
    Note: If you do not have a saved payment method, you will be prompted to enter your payment information before confirmation.
  5. Click Continue and wait for the payment to process.

Paying via credit or debit card

If you don't have an existing PayPal account or you prefer to pay with your credit or debit card:

  1. Select Credit or Debit Card.
  2. Click the Place Order button; a new window will open.
  3. Enter your payment card's information and your contact information.
  4. Click Continue and wait for the payment to process.
