Cancelling a ticket as an OnZoom Attendee Follow

Overview

Note: OnZoom is only available to the US market as of launch; OnZoom will be available globally at a later date.

Note: The option to cancel a ticket only appears if the Host accepts cancellations for the event. If the Host has not implemented a ticket cancellation policy for the event, or if the ticket cancellation occurs outside of the applicable cancellation period, the Host makes the final decision to accept or deny a cancellation request; the Host is not obligated to approve a cancellation request.

For free events, you can cancel your ticket any time before the start of the event.

For paid events that allow for ticket cancellations, you can get a full refund if you cancel your ticket at least 24 hours before the event. If you cancel your registration with less than 24-hours remaining before the event, it is up to the Host to approve your refund request.

If the Host accepts cancellations, you will receive a full refund if you cancel your ticket at least 1 hour before the start of the event.

  1. Go to onzoom.com and sign in.
  2. In the top-right corner, click Tickets.
  3. In the list of events you have registered for, click the Cancel Order button next to the event for which you want to cancel your ticket.

Note: An Attendee can request a refund from the Host outside of the cancellation policy. Refunds outside of the cancellation policy are at the sole discretion of the Host. Once 14 days has passed since an event ended, refunds for the event may not be requested or initiated, as further discussed in the OnZoom Terms of Use.
