Overview

Zoom will introduce new features and other offerings as a technical preview when we’re explicitly looking for customer feedback within the first 30 days. During this time, we hope to gather input from customers as to how they’re using our products and features.

To submit feedback, we recommend customers enable Feedback to Zoom on their account. When enabled, customers may submit feedback directly through the Zoom client by navigating to their Settings and selecting Feedback.

Does a technical preview mean the product or feature isn’t ready?

No. Zoom values customer feedback, and may announce a new product or feature as a technical preview when it is explicitly seeking feedback from customers for the first 30 days.
