Syncing OnZoom events to your calendar Follow

Overview

Note: OnZoom is only available to the US market as of launch; OnZoom will be available globally at a later date.

You can sync OnZoom events you have registered for your Google, Yahoo, Outlook, or iCal calendar for convenient viewing. If you have calendar and contacts integration set up, OnZoom events will be synced to your Zoom desktop client as well.

Syncing Zoom events with your calendar

  • Free, Pro, Business, Enterprise, or Education account
  • Existing registration for an event

Syncing OnZoom events with the desktop client

  • Zoom desktop client
    • Windows: 5.3.0 (52651.0920) or higher
    • macOS: 5.3.0 (52651.0920) or higher

Syncing from the confirmation page

Once the confirmation page appears after you complete the checkout process:

  1. Register for a free or paid OnZoom event.
  2. Once you have completed registration, click Google, Yahoo, Outlook, or iCal to sync the event to your calendar.
  3. You will be redirected to your calendar where you can see the newly synced OnZoom event.

Note: If you aren't already signed-in to your calendar's account, you will be prompted to do so. If you are prompted to give Zoom permission to sync with your calendar's account, click Allow.

Syncing from the Tickets page

  1. Sign in to OnZoom.
  2. In the top-right corner, click Tickets.
  3. In the list of events you have registered for, click View Tickets.
  4. Click Google, Yahoo, Outlook, or iCal to sync the event to your calendar.
  5. You will be redirected to your calendar where you can see the newly synced OnZoom event.

Note: If you aren't already signed-in to your calendar's account, you will be prompted to do so. If you are prompted to give Zoom access to link with your calendar's account, click Allow.
