Overview
You can add a network profile for your Zoom Rooms device enrolled in Zoom Device Management. This allows you to configure network settings and install certificates.

Configuring a network profile
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- In the navigation panel, click Room Management, then Device Management.
- On the device management page, click Configure.
- Enter the network profile settings.
Note: If you are configuring a Wi-Fi connection and need to select protocols and add client certificates, choose the Enterprise options under Security Type. - (Optional) If you need to add a trusted server certificate, click Trust Certificates, then + Create Certificate.

- Upload the certificate.
- Complete the other fields in the pop-up.
- Click Save.
- Under Protocols, select a certificate.
- Note: If you have created multiple certificates, but only select one of them, the other uploaded certificates will be deleted automatically.

- After completing the fields, click Save or Save & Add Another to add additional network profiles.
After saving, you will be brought to the Network Profiles Management page where you add add or manage network profiles.
Assigning a network profile
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- In the navigation panel, click Room Management, then Device Management.
- Click Network Profile Management.
- Next to the profile you would like to assign to devices, click "..." and then Assign Devices.
- Select desired enrolled devices and click Assign.
You can see the progress of the assigned network profiles in Installed Status on the Network Profiles Management page. After a few minutes, you can refresh the page. When the value of Installed Status is 100%, you can join the network from the enrolled devices.
