New and enhanced features

  • Administrator features
    • Assign users to multiple groups using advanced SAML mapping

    • Require minimum client/app version

    • Allow user that is remote controlling to copy clipboard
If remote control is enabled, account owners and admins can enable or disable the ability for the remote controlling user to copy the participant’s clipboard. This setting is available at the account, group, and user level and can be locked for the account or a group. This feature requires client version 5.4.0 or higher.
    • Enable breakout room and remote support simultaneously

    • Enhancement for sequential or rotating call queues
If the call queue’s distribution method is set to sequential or rotating, account owners and admins can enable an option to skip offline members. This will skip any members that are offline and immediately ring the next available member. If this option is disabled, the call queue will follow the ring duration even if a member is offline.
