With host permission, users will now be able to pin up to 9 participants on their end. The host can also spotlight up to 9 participants for everyone in the meeting. - Watermark enhancements
Meeting hosts can edit the visual watermark, and turn it on or off during a meeting. Watermarks will display the entire email address over a participant’s shared screen and video tile, as well as displayed over their video in most video layouts (Speaker, Gallery, Side-by-side). The watermark is also visibly more apparent as a tiled pattern across the video or shared screen. - Toggle participant entry tones
If the Zoom Room is the meeting host, participant entry tones can be toggled on or off from the room controller. - Show non-video user
When Show non-video user is enabled during a meeting, the participant will see the non-video users thumbnails when a screen share is started.

Administrators can enable barge, monitoring, and whisper for call queue admins from role management. Call queue admins can perform these actions for calls that are considered part of the queue, but not for personal calls. - Call monitoring on Shared Line Groups
Admins can monitor calls on shared line groups. - Shared Line Group admin actions
Admins can monitor, whisper, barge, takeover and conference barge. - Enable or disable Live Transcript in meeting
Meeting hosts can turn on auto-transcription during a meeting. Live transcription will be generated automatically and appear on the room meeting display. - Access control policies
Administrators can make configuration changes from the Policy tab of a user, group, or account. The policies include: setting the time window when users are allowed to make or receive calls, selecting the locations from where calls can be made or received, setting restrictions for calls, setting emergency call settings, and determining which locations belong to a site.

Up to three notifications will be displayed at the bottom right corner of the display. Notifications either disappear within a certain time frame, or must be manually dismissed. This is determined by level of importance, with more important notifications requiring a manual dismissal.

Microsoft plans to disable basic authentication for Microsoft Exchange Web Services for Office 365. If a Zoom Room calendar integration to a Microsoft O365 calendar service encounters authentication errors because of this change, a notification message will display. Customers are encouraged to update any Zoom Rooms calendar integration with Microsoft O365 to use OAuth instead of basic authentication by re-authorizing their calendar integration in the Zoom admin portal.

The Active Apps Notifier will only be displayed to attendees if an app has accessed data during an on-going meeting. When the Notifier is displayed, it will categorize the type of meeting data that the third party app is accessing. - Mute and Video Off when joining a recorded/live streamed Meeting
When a Zoom Room joins a meeting that is already being recorded and/or live streamed, they will join with their video off and muted until they consent to the recording prompt. After consenting, they will be able to unmute and turn on their video, if the host allows them to.

Nomadic emergency services provide the ability to dynamically detect and report a user's location for emergency calling. Account owners and admins define locations, specifying a street address, IP addresses ranges, and/or wireless access point identifiers. When a phone user places an emergency call from within a defined location, the associated emergency address will be sent to emergency responders. - UI enhancements
