Creating templates for phone settings Follow

You can create a template to create a standard set of settings for phone users, auto receptionists, or call queues. You can then apply the template to apply these settings to several phone users, auto receptionists, or call queues at the same time. You can also apply a template when you create one of these extensions.

For example, if you want to change the business hours of a large group of call center agents, you can create a template with the new business hours, then apply the template the group of agents. This avoids the need to edit each phone user individually.
