Setting Zoom Events cancellation policies Follow

In the Cancellation Policy section, you can set the default cancellation policy for your Zoom Events.

Note: These can be modified when creating an event as well.

    • Windows: 5.6.5 (823) or higher
    • macOS: 5.6.4 (765) or higher
  • Zoom mobile client
    • iOS: 5.6.4 (308) or higher
    • Android: 5.6.4 (1862) or higher

How to set the event cancellation policy

  1. Sign in to Zoom Events.
  2. Click Manage.
  3. On the left side of the page, find the Hub you want to change the cancellation policy for.
  4. Click Cancellation Policy.
  5. Under Single and Drop-in Ticket Cancellation Policy, select the policy you want:
    • Attendees can cancel their series ticket for a full refund 1 hour before the start of the event
    • No ticket cancellations will be accepted
  6. Under Series Ticket Cancellation Policy, select the policy you want:
    • Refunds up to 1 hour before the first event in the series starts
    • No ticket cancellations will be accepted
  7. Click Save.
