Supported ZDM upgrade/downgrade processes

If you manage your devices through Zoom Device Management (ZDM), you can upgrade the Zoom app, Operating System (OS) and firmware on many devices. The following tables provide information on the processes supported for your Zoom Rooms and Zoom Phone Appliances.

Notes:

• (a): Logitech devices do not support manual or auto app update directly. This is done via the firmware update.
• (b): Supported on version 5.7.0 and higher. Personal Zoom Room requires version 5.8.0 and higher.
• (c): DTen D7 only supported.
