Scheduling meetings with Tracking Fields in LTI Pro
LTI Pro integrates with Zoom Meeting’s Scheduling Tracking Fields feature. Tracking fields enable you to add labels or values of your choice to meetings, which then allow you to track and analyze the meetings across institutions and courses.
Prerequisites for using tracking fields with LTI Pro
- Business, Education, or API plan.
- Account owner or admin permissions.
- Your account administrator has enabled Scheduling Tracking Fields and has added tracking fields.
How to schedule meetings with tracking fields in LTI Pro
Once your account administrator has set up the tracking fields for your organization, they are available at the bottom of your meetings scheduling screen. You can schedule Zoom meetings using Zoom web or your LMS.
Fields may require you to select from a list of available values or to enter a value.
