Managing a hub's content library

Last Updated:

As a Zoom Events host, you can upload images or videos in a hub’s content library to share with the hub’s hosts, hub managers, and the hub owner. If given access to the content library, co-editors can also see the contents. The hub’s content library allows hosts to have quick access to shared media throughout a hub. Additionally, hub owners and hub managers can add and remove media from their content library.

The media uploaded to the content library is moderated immediately. There are 3 states of moderation: Passing Moderation, Pending Moderation, or Failed Moderation.

Notes:

  • You can only upload up to 1,024 files to a hub’s content library.
  • The content library is not for attendee-facing material, even though it could store images that attendees will see. The content library is for event organizers to have a shared collection of assets in one hub.

This article covers:

Prerequisites for managing a hub’s content library

  • Zoom desktop client
    • Windows: 5.7.6 or higher
    • macOS: 5.7.6 or higher

    • Android: 5.7.6 or higher

Notes:

  • There is a dependency with Windows' Webview package for Windows platform; while version 5.7.6 does support Zoom Events, it may cause a blank lobby experience for hosts.
