Managing a hub's Event Listings page

Hub owners can control the events that will be published on their hub’s public event listings directory by listing or unlisting created events. They can feature, sort, and filter through their hub’s event listings. The hub's Event Listings page displays only hub events and can be useful to find other hosts' created events.
Hub owners and hub hosts can use the Event Listings page to provide a more organized, manageable event listing experience for attendees.

Prerequisites for managing event listings
- Zoom desktop client
- Windows: 5.8.6 or higher
- macOS: 5.8.6 or higher
- Zoom mobile client
- iOS: 5.8.6 or higher
- Android: 5.8.6 or higher
- Pro, Business, Enterprise, or Education account
- Stripe or PayPal Business account is required to create paid events
- Zoom Events license
Note: For access to the latest Zoom Events and Webinar features, we strongly recommend hosts to update to the latest version of the Zoom desktop client/mobile application.
How to access the Event Listings page
- Sign in to Zoom Events.
- In the top-right corner of the page, click Manage.
- In the left navigation menu, click the hub dropdown menu and select the hub you want to manage.
- Under the hub you want to manage, click Event Listings.
Your hub’s upcoming and past events will be displayed.
How to manage event listings
- Sign in to Zoom Events.
- Click the Upcoming Events or Past Events tab to see events associated with your hub.
The following information will be displayed for your hub’s events:
- Event: This displays the event name.
- Host: This displays the host’s email address or username.
- Event Time: This displays the event’s date and time.
- List on Hub: Listed events will be shown in the Events tab on your hub's event listings page. Unlisted events will not be displayed on the event listings page.
In both the Upcoming Events and Past Events tabs, you can click the Show Featured Events Only toggle to enable or disable it. If enabled, only featured events will be displayed.

Feature upcoming events
In the Upcoming Events tab, you can set an upcoming event as a featured event:
- To the left of an upcoming event, select the check box.
- Click Set as Featured.
This will set the selected event as your hub’s featured event.- A star will appear next to your featured event’s name.
- Your featured event will be displayed on your hub’s public profile under Featured Events.
In the Upcoming Events tab, you can set all events as featured events:
- To the left of Event, select the check box.
This will select all upcoming events. - Click Set as Featured.
This will set all selected events as your hub’s featured events.- A star will appear next to your featured events’ name.
- Your featured events will be displayed on your hub’s public profile under Featured Events.
Additional upcoming event actions
In the Upcoming Events tab, you can do the following actions for each upcoming event:
- Find an event that you want to manage.
- To the right of the event, click the ellipses

- Click the action that you want:
- View Event Profile (event details page)
- Edit Event
- Duplicate Event
- Set as Featured
- Manage Registration
- Send Message to Registrants
- View Change History (multiple sessions and single session events only)
- Analytics and Control (multiple sessions and single session events only)
- Integrations (multiple sessions and single session events only)
- Cancel Event
- Cancel an Occurrence (recurring series event only)
Past Events tab
Feature past events
In the Past Events tab, you can set a past event as a featured event:
- To the left of a past event, select the check box.
- Select from the following actions:
- Click Set as Featured.
This will set the selected event as your hub’s featured event.- A star will appear next to your featured event’s name.
- Your featured event will be displayed on your hub’s public profile under Featured Events.
- Click Set as Featured.
In the Past Events tab, you can set a featured event for all events:
- To the left of Event, select the check box.
This will select all past events. - Select from the following actions:
- Click Set as Featured.
This will set all selected events as your hub’s featured events.- A star will appear next to your featured events’ name.
- Your featured events will be displayed on your hub’s public profile under Featured Events.
- Click Set as Featured.
Additional past event actions
In the Past Events tab, you can do the following for each past event:
- Find an event that you want to manage.
- To the right of the event, click the ellipses

- Click the action that you want:
- View Event Profile (event details page)
- Duplicate Event
- Set as Featured

- Send Post-Event Message to Registrants
- Change Lobby Close Date (multiple sessions and single session events only)
- View Change History (multiple sessions and single session events only)
- Analytics and Control (multiple sessions and single session events only)
- Integrations (multiple sessions and single session events only)
How to list or unlist events
- Click the Upcoming Events or Past Events tab.
- To the right of an event that you want to manage, under the List on Hub column, click the toggle to enable or disable it.
- When the toggle is enabled, the event will be listed in the Events tab on your event listings page.
- When the toggle is disabled, the event will be unlisted and will not be displayed in the Events tab on the event listings page.
How to filter events
- Click the Upcoming Events or Past Events tab.
- In the top right corner of the page, click the dropdown menu to filter the events by listing status.
You can filter by All, Listed, or Unlisted.
