Managing the My Events page

Zoom Events hosts can easily access and manage all their upcoming, drafted, and past Zoom Events from the My Events page. Hosts can also create events from the My Events page. This page provides a listing of all the host’s created events and an efficient way for hosts to track and manage all their events across the Zoom Events platform.

Prerequisites for managing your host events
- Zoom desktop client
- Windows: 5.7.6 or higher
- macOS: 5.7.6 or higher
- Zoom mobile client
- iOS: 5.7.6 or higher
- Android: 5.7.6 or higher
- Pro, Business, Enterprise, or Education account
- Stripe or PayPal Business account is required to create paid events
- Zoom Events license
Notes:
- There is a dependency with Windows' Webview package for Windows platform; while version 5.7.6 does support Zoom Events, it may cause a blank lobby experience for hosts.
- For access to the latest Zoom Events and Webinar features, we strongly recommend hosts to update to the latest version of the Zoom desktop client/mobile application.
How to access My Events
- Sign in to Zoom Events.
- In the top-right corner, click Manage.
- In the left navigation menu, click My Events.
All your upcoming, drafted, and past events will be displayed.
View upcoming events
- Access My Events.
- Click the Upcoming tab.
All your upcoming events will appear.
View drafts
- Access My Events.
- Click the Drafts tab.
All your drafted events will appear.
View past events
- Access My Events.
- Click the Past tab.
All your past events will appear.
How to manage upcoming events
View Upcoming tab information
In the Upcoming tab, the following event information is displayed:
- Event Info: Displays the event name, event date/time, timezone, and a Conference or Event Series label.
- Tickets Sold: Displays how many tickets have been sold out of the total number of event tickets.
- Gross Sales: Displays the ticket gross sales.
- Status: Displays the event’s sale status.
Manage upcoming events
In the Upcoming tab, you can do the following actions for each upcoming event:
- Find an upcoming event that you want to manage.
- To the right of the event, click the ellipses

- Click the action that you want:
- Edit Event
- Duplicate Event
- Manage Registration
- Send Message to Registrants
- View Event Profile (event details page)
- View Change History (conference events only)
- Analytics and Control (conference events only)
- Integrations (conference events only)
- Cancel Event
- Cancel an Occurrence (event series only)
How to manage drafts
View Drafts tab information
In the Drafts tab, the following event information is displayed:
- Event Info: Displays the event name, event date/time, timezone, and a Conference or Event Series label.
- Tickets: Displays the number of tickets for the event.
Manage drafted events
In the Drafts tab, you can do the following actions for each drafted event:
Edit drafted event
- Find a drafted event that you want to manage.
- Click the Edit button to edit the event.
Additional drafted event actions
- Find a drafted event that you want to manage.
- To the right of the event, click the ellipses

- Click the action that you want:
- Duplicate Event
- Preview Event: Preview the event details page from an attendee’s perspective.
- View Change History (conference events only)
- Integrations (conference events only)
- Delete Event
Note: Once deleted, this action cannot be undone and your event details cannot be recovered.
How to manage past events
View Past tab information
In the Past tab, the following event information is displayed:
- Event Info: Displays the event name, event date/time, timezone, and a Conference or Event Series label.
- Tickets Sold: Displays how many tickets have been sold out of the total number of event tickets.
- Gross Sales: Displays the ticket gross sales.

In the Past tab, you can do the following actions for each past event:
- Find a past event that you want to manage.
- To the right of the event, click the ellipses

- Change Lobby Close Date (conference events only)

How to create an event from My Events
- Access My Events.
- In the top right corner of the page, click the Create Event button.
- Choose to create a single-session event/event series or a conference event.
