Using Google Pay as a Zoom payment method

Zoom accepts Google Pay in addition to Apple Pay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. You can change your payment method to Google Pay at any time through the Zoom web portal.

Note: You will need to select a valid payment card within Google Pay in order to use Google Pay as your payment method.

How to pay with Google Pay if you are a new user

1. Start your purchase from the Plans and Pricing site and follow the instructions on the screen.
2. Once you reach the Payment step, in the Payment Method section, click Google Pay.
3. Click Checkout with Pay.
4. In the Google Pay modal pop-up window, review the Google account selected and the credit/debit card being used. If you are not signed in to your Google account, you will need to sign in first before proceeding. 
5. Click Continue.
6. In the Review Order window, click Place Order.
7. You can review your subscription and print your invoice after placing your order.

How to pay with Google Pay if you have a free Zoom account

1. Sign in to your Zoom web portal.
2. In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Billing.
3. Click Upgrade Account, then follow the instructions on the screen.
4. Once you reach the Payment step, in the Payment Method section, click Google Pay.
5. Click Checkout with Pay.
6. In the Google Pay modal pop-up window, review the Google account selected and the credit/debit card being used. If you are not signed in to your Google account, you will need to sign in first before proceeding. 
7. Click Continue.
8. In the Review Order window, click Place Order.
9. You can review your subscription and print your invoice after placing your order.

How to change your Zoom payment method to Google Pay

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
2. In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Billing.
3. Click the Billing Information tab.
4. In the Payment Method section, click Edit.
5. Select Google Pay.
6. Click Pay.
7. In the Google Pay modal pop-up window, review the Google account selected and the credit/debit card being used. If you are not signed in to your Google account, you will need to sign in first before proceeding. 
8. Click Continue.
9. (Optional) To the right of your Google Pay payment method, click Edit to make any changes.
