New and enhanced features

  • Administrator features
    • Configure Indicators
      Account owners and admins can set up specific words, phrases, or sentences in recording transcripts, also known as Indicators, to capture critical moments in conversations.
    • Report keywords that already exist in other Indicators
      When account owners and admins attempt to add a keyword that already exists in other Indicators, the system will inform them by highlighting that keyword. A tooltip will also show which Indicators that keyword is already added to. Account owners and admins will still be able to save the changes without an error.
  • User features
    • View Indicators in Analytics
      Quickly In the Analytics tab, users can view how frequently an Indicator appears across conversations on an account, team, or user level. The Indicators appear in the tab that corresponds to their selected category upon configuration. Users can also drill down into specific conversations when clicking on an Indicators chart object.
    • Subscribe to Indicators in Dashboard and Analytics
      Users can subscribe to specific Indicators that will alert them via email when a phrase or noteworthy moment appears in a conversation. The cadence of these emails can be configured by the user upon subscription. The Dashboard tab will also show the most recent conversations that include subscribed Indicators.
    • Email notification when Indicators is deleted
      Users subscribed to Indicators will be notified via email when that Indicators is deleted.
    • Email notification when Indicators keyword is deleted
      Users subscribed to a keyword will be notified via email when that keyword is deleted.

    • Monday CRM Integration
      Account owners and admins can integrate your Monday CRM account with Zoom IQ for Sales, so that deal progress data can be synced with Zoom IQ and provide additional analytics.
    • Support for additional audit logs functionality
      Account owners and admins can access audit logs for changes made to scorecards, coach sessions,s and when deleting a conversation.
    • Email notification when Monday token has expired
      Account owners and admins will receive an email notifying them that their Monday CRM token has expired.
  • User features
    • Changes to recording notice for speaker diarization
      The Zoom IQ In-Meeting recording notice has been updated based on the latest privacy requirements to cover speaker diarization.

      Account owners and admins can configure specific terms and proper nouns such as company names that appear often in conversations to improve the performance of IQ’s transcription service.
    • Exclusion list for email integration
      Account owners and admins can configure an exclusion list to prevent emails from being imported for specific individuals in their organization.
    • Control mail visibility based on roles
      Account owners and admins can control who can view email content based on a user’s role.
    • Support for Audit log functionality
      Account owners and admins can access audit logs for changes made to Account Settings, comments, clips, and playlists.
  • User features
    • Added Meeting Summary and Smart Chapters
      Quickly gain insights into the meeting with the help of Meeting Summary and Smart Chapters. This feature generates an automated text summary of each chapter and the entire meeting as well as thumbnails for each detected chapter.
    • Search Conversations with featured Callouts
      Users can easily search through Conversations with the help of suggested callouts such as Good Questions, Next Steps, and Filler Words.
    • Display cover image in recording player
      Users will see part of the recording rather than a black image as the recording’s cover image.
    • Transcript pane optimization
      When accessing Conversations, the timestamp is now beside the speaker’s name. The Transcript tab was renamed to Content and an additional Screen Text option has been added under it to show texts displayed during screenshare.

    Users can sort the Conversation List table by engagement score and sentiment score.

New and enhanced features

  • Administrator features
    • Configure topic highlights
      Added capability for owners and admins to select or create topics relevant to the Sales team for Zoom IQ to extract and analyze.
    • Salesforce integration notification
      Account owners and admins will receive an email notification and a visual cue within the Zoom web portal when they have successfully integrated Zoom IQ for Sales with Salesforce, and the token has stopped working or is about to expire.
  • User features
    • Topic highlights
      When enabled by owners or admins, pre-defined topics will appear in the Topic Highlight section of the Conversation detail page. Users will be able to click on these topics and jump to the section of the transcript pertaining to the topic.
    • External participant labeling
      The Conversation detail page will show a label to differentiate external participants from internal participants.
    • Conversation processing analysis label
      When a recording is ready but is being processed, the recording will appear in the Conversations and Deals tabs with a Processing Analysis... label.
    • Show Next Steps in Conversation details
      Users can readily view next steps from a call in Conversation details.
    • Enhancement to Conversation detail page
      Conversation detail page shows participant-level metrics and defaults to showing the main internal speaker’s metrics. The user can hide or expand other internal participants’ metrics.
    • Manage Deals detail activities
      Allow users to manage activities on the Deals page. They can now remove emails, phone or meeting conversations that are incorrectly attached to a deal. They can also attach/import email, phone, or meeting conversations to a deal.
    • Analytics chart visual improvement
      Made adjustments to the Analytics charts based on data quantity for more optimal viewing.

      Account admin can integrate your Microsoft Dynamics 365 account with Zoom IQ for Sales, so that deal progress data can be synced with Zoom IQ and provide additional analytics. 
    • Admin control of Zoom Phone call analytics
      Admins can enable Zoom IQ to analyze calls recorded through Zoom Phone. Admins can control auto-analyze based on call duration, as well as whether to exclude calls with internal participants.
    • Enhanced IQ Teams searching 
      Admins can easily find a team based on the member or manager name and make changes as needed.
  • User features
    • Zoom IQ analytics for Zoom Phone calls
      Recorded Zoom Phone calls can be analyzed by Zoom IQ to provide conversational metrics similar to meeting recordings. Additional analytics filters allow users to view charting for Meetings only, Phone conversations only, or both Meeting and Phone conversations.
    • Video and audio player style change
      Optimized Play bar and enhanced overall user experience when using video and audio player.
    • Segment edits
      Added capability to edit segments and provide feedback to correct smart chapters. This allows you to re-segment and name smart chapters to correct erroneous or low-quality segments and titles. 
    • Optimized creation of smart playlist
      This enhances the user experience when creating a smart playlist.

  • Warning when deleting a Team
    When deleting a Team, users will no longer be asked to remove or move team members prior to deletion and will only be warned that action cannot be undone.

      Added capability for owners and admins to select the type of deals a user can view and edit.
  • User features
    • View deals for the team or organization
      Depending on which option is enabled by owners or admins, users can view all deals within the team and/or all deals across the organization.

      Added capability to edit Coaching scorecard criteria label.
    • Search text extracted from slides
      Added ability to search text extracted from slides on the Conversation List, Deal List, and Deal Pages to easily find content presented during a call.

    Zoom IQ for Sales analyzes sales meetings and deals to provide actionable insights for identifying opportunities, assessing risks, and ultimately enabling and improving sales team performance. It uses machine-learning algorithms to process post-meeting transcripts and deal progress data from Salesforce, generating insights for sales reps and managers.
    Zoom IQ’s analysis covers customers’ reactions, conversational and selling skills, customer pain points, competitors, deal risk metrics, and more. It also supports sales coaching for both new hire onboarding and experienced sales rep improvements.
