Accessing the hyperlink of a desk phone

After adding a desk phone to the Zoom web portal, as the account owner or admin, you can click on the hyperlink of your phone to quickly access its web interface for troubleshooting purposes. Once you click on the IP address of the phone, the web portal of the phone will automatically open for you to sign in with your admin credentials.

Prerequisites for accessing your Zoom web portal
- Pro, Business, Enterprise, or Education account
- Account owner or admin privileges
- Zoom phone license
- Certified device
- Web Interface enabled at the account-level desk phone settings.
- Phone provisioned via assisted provisioning.
- Admin’s device and the IP phone being troubleshooted must be on the same network.
How to access the hyperlink of a phone at the account-level settings
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- In the navigation menu, click Phone System Management then Phones & Devices.
- Identify your phone, then click the IP address of the phone.
How to access the hyperlink of a phone at the user-level settings
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- In the navigation menu, click Phone System Management, then Users & Rooms.
- Identify or search your user, then click on their name.
- Select the User Settings tab, then in the Desk Phone(s) section click the IP address of the phone.
How to access the hyperlink of a phone in a user account
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- In the navigation menu, click Phone, then select the Settings tab.
- In the Desk Phone section, click on the IP address of the phone.
