Viewing the Workspaces dashboard

The Workspace Reservation dashboard allows you to see information about reservations made, check-in rates, workspace utilization, and popular rooms and desks. You can also download results from Reservation Questionnaires and Pre-Check in questionnaires, as well as workspace usage.

Prerequisites for viewing the Workspace Reservation dashboard
- Either a Zoom Workspace Reservation subscription, Zoom Rooms subscription, or Zoom Common Area Phone subscription
- Account owner or admin privileges
How to access and view the Workspace Reservation dashboard
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
- In the navigation menu, click Dashboard.
- In the top tab menu, click the ellipsis
, then select Workspaces.
- (Optional) To view the total workspace, select how you want to filter your metrics in the top left corner:
- Select a Time Range or select a date range
- Select a floor in the Location box
Note: Only locations with workspaces can be displayed.
The metric will provide values for Total Workspaces, Workspace Reservation Rate, Check In Rate, and Utilization Rate. Each metric is defined below.
Workspace Reservation metrics definition
You can view the following in the workspace metric:
Total workspaces
The total number of workspaces available for users to reserve during the specified time period you are viewing.
Desks
The total number of desks available for users to reserve during the specified time period you are viewing.
Rooms
The total number of rooms available for users to reserve during the specified time period you are viewing.
Workspace Reservation Rate
The percentage of workspaces that were reserved during the specified time period you are viewing.
Reserved
The number of workspaces reserved during the specified time period you are viewing.
Unreserved
The number of workspaces unreserved during the specified time period you are viewing.
Check In Rate
The percentage of total reservations that were successfully checked into during the specified time period you are viewing.
Checked in
The number of reservations that were successfully checked into during the specified time period you are viewing.
Did not check in
The number of reservations that were not checked into during the specified time period you are viewing.
Utilization Rate
The percentage of total workspaces that were reserved and checked into during the specified time period.
Workspaces Used
The number of workspaces that were reserved and checked into during the specified time period.
Total Workspaces
The total number of workspaces available for users to reserve during the specified time period.
How to view the Workspaces dashboard charts
After you access and filter the Workspaces dashboard, you can view your dashboard's charts.
- Desks: Average hours of usage per day
- Desks: Number of desks reserved per day
- Rooms: Number of rooms reserved per day
- Top 10 users by reservation time
- Top 10 workspaces by reservation time
- Reservation Questionnaire Results
- Pre-Check in questionnaire Results
- Workspace usage from your time/date range
On each chart, you can view more information about your account's workspaces.
How to download a CSV report
At the top of the page, you can download a CSV report for the Workspace Reservation Rate metrics.
Additionally, you can download reports for your workspace's Reservation Questionnaire Results, Pre-Check in questionnaire Results, and Workspace usage from your time/date range in the dashboard charts.
- Access the Workspaces dashboard.
- At the top of the page, set filters for the dashboard metrics and charts.
- On the metric or chart that you want to download as a CSV file, click the download button

A CSV file will download on your computer.
