Unable to access email account associated with Zoom
Last Updated:
Issue
A user no longer has access to their original email account associated with their Zoom account.
There are a number of reasons why you may receive emails from Zoom, such as an email asking to confirm an email change, or an email with a time-sensitive verification code to input in the following situations:
- Resetting your password (forgot password)
- Having a suspicious log in (for example, logging in from an unknown or not often used location, browser, or device)
- Reporting an issue to Zoom Trust & Safety, such as a compromised Zoom account
When you don't have access to the email account in these situations, you may not be able to perform actions on your account.
