It allows account owners and admins to notify a list of users in the event of an automatic call recording failure. Admins have also the option to terminate a call (fail closed) if a recording failure lasts more than 5 seconds. The current feature to provide a side-tone beep to indicate that call recording is in progress requires the enhanced recording architecture to be enabled. A message will be displayed if a function cannot be performed due to incompatible device(s) or device status.
