Taking the end-of-meeting experience feedback survey

Last Updated:

With the end-of-meeting experience feedback survey feature enabled, meeting participants are prompted to click either thumbs up or thumbs down when a meeting ends to provide feedback about the overall meeting experience. If you click thumbs up, you will not be prompted for additional information. If you click thumbs down, you will be asked to provide more details about what went wrong in the meeting, such as poor audio quality, poor video quality, you could not see or hear others, and other participants could not see or hear you.

Prerequisites for the end-of-meeting feedback survey

  • Zoom desktop client
    • Windows: version 4.0 or higher
    • macOS: version 4.0 or higher

Note: Users must be on client version 5.10.6 or higher to view customized prompts.

How to respond to the end-of-meeting experience feedback survey

After the meeting ends, you may be prompted with a survey window asking how your meeting experience was. Account owners and admins can choose the meeting experience survey to display after every meeting or meetings randomly.

  • If you click Thumbs Up (Great), you will not be prompted for any additional information.
  • If you click Thumbs Down (Had Issues), you will be asked about what was wrong with the meeting. Depending on the settings and customization enabled by the admin, you may have the option to provide additional feedback. Click Submit when finished.

End-of-meeting experience feedback is provided to admins for analysis and improvements.
