Grandstream assisted provisioning guide

Follow the sections below to provision a supported Grandstream IP Phone.
Note: Zero touch provisioning is NOT supported at this time for those devices.

How to reset to factory default
Note: You will be prompted to enter administration credentials. The default admin password will be on the back of your device. If you don't know the username and password, contact the vendor of the phone.
- On your phone, press the Home key.
- Navigate to Factory Reset, then select Yes to confirm.
How to access the phone's web interface
Notes:
- You will need to get the IP address of the device you are provisioning to access its web interface.
- When logging in the web interface for the first time will require to reset the admin password.
- On your phone, press the Home key.
- Navigate to Status, then select Network Status.
- Select Ethernet, then IPv4 address and make note of the IP address of the device.
- Sign in to the web interface of the phone with the IP address as an admin.
Note: If the web browser shows a certificate error, ignore it and continue to access the page.
How to configure the provisioning server
- In the web interface of the phone, click Maintenance, then Upgrade and Provisioning.
- Click Provision, then DHCP Option.
- Select No for Allow DHCP Option 43 and Option 66 Override Server.
- Select None for Additional Override.
