Prerequisites for managing the Analytics Summary tab in Zoom Events

How to access the Analytics Summary tab in Zoom Events

  1. Create a Zoom Event or edit an upcoming event to access the event creation flow.
  2. In the event creation flow navigation menu, click Analytics, then click Summary.
    The Summary page will appear.

How to view the Analytics Summary tab

On the Summary page, you can view the following event analytics:

  • Total Registrants: Displays your event's total number of registrations. This measures the total unique users who registered for the event, including self-registered and host pre-registered users. It also includes host groups and special roles. Clicking View More will direct you to the Registration & Ticketing tab.
  • General Tickets Sold: This includes all free and paid tickets sold across all ticket categories (e.g. Early Bird, General Admission). This only measures the total general, non-special role ticket count. Refunded tickets are not included in this metric. Clicking View More will direct you to the Registration & Ticketing tab.
  • Gross Sales: Displays the gross revenue from all ticket sales, minus refunds. Clicking View More will direct you to the Registration & Ticketing tab.
Note: This tile is not included for free events.
  • Net Sales: Displays the total amount of sales after deductions. Clicking View More will direct you to the Registration & Ticketing tab.
Note: This tile is not included for free events.
  • Total Attendees: This measures the total number of unique attendees who join the lobby or any event session by phone, mobile, or desktop client. This includes general ticket holders, special roles, hosts, co-editors, or hub hosts. Clicking View More will direct you to the Analytics Attendees tab.
  • Expo Visits: Displays the total number of unique attendees visiting the expo floor during the time of the event. Clicking View More will direct you to the Analytics Expo tab.
  • Surveys & Polls: Displays the total number of surveys and polls set up. Clicking View More will direct you to the Analytics Survey & Polls tab.

Note: Free events do not have Gross Sales or Net Sales.
