Managing the Analytics Surveys & Polls tab

When creating a Zoom Event, you can create polls for a session and add questions to a survey at the event level or session level. In the Analytics section of the event creation flow, the Surveys & Polls tab holds your survey and poll analytics/results.

Prerequisites for managing the Analytics Survey & Polls tab in Zoom Events
- Pro, Business, Enterprise, or Education account
- Zoom Events Unlimited license or Zoom Events Pay Per Attendee license
- Stripe or PayPal Business account is required to create paid events
How to access the Analytics Surveys & Polls tab in Zoom Events
- Create a Zoom Event or edit an upcoming event to access the event creation flow.
- In the event creation flow navigation menu, click Analytics, then click Surveys & Polls.
The Surveys & Polls page will appear.
How to view the Survey & Polls tab's metrics
In the Surveys & Polls tab, the number of surveys for your event will be displayed.
View the Highlights
At the top of the page, you can view the following metrics under the Highlights section:
- Total # of Surveys setup: The number of surveys that have successfully been set up.
- Avg Survey Response Rate: This is the average of all event or session survey response rates. The survey response rate is the number of people who completed the survey over the total number of people who received the survey.
- Total# of Polls setup: This is the number of polls that have successfully been set up.
- Avg Poll Response Rate: This is the average of all event or session poll response rates. Poll response rate is the number of people who completed the poll over the total number of people who received the poll.
View the Surveys tab
When you click the Surveys tab, you can view high-level attendee metrics for each survey. View the following information about each survey from your event or event sessions:
- Event/Session Name: The event survey name and session survey name(s) will be displayed. The session name is the session that the survey was conducted.
- Survey Response Rate: This is the percentage of the number of people who completed the survey over the total number of people who received the survey.
- View Response: View the attendees' survey responses.
View the Polls tab
When you click the Polls tab, you can view high-level attendee metrics for each poll. View the following information about each poll from your event or event sessions:
- Session Name: The session poll name(s) will be displayed. The session name is the session that the poll was conducted.
- Poll Name / Question
- Poll Response Rate: This is the percentage of the number of people who completed the poll over the total number of people who received the poll.
- View Response: View the attendees' poll responses.
Download data
In the top-right corner of the Event Surveys/Event Polls section, click Download Data to download a CSV report of the Event Surveys/Event Polls section analytics.
How to share event analytics
- Access the Analytics Surveys & Polls tab in the event creation flow.
- In the top-right corner of the Surveys & Polls page, click Share Analytics.
A pop-up window will appear. - In the pop-up window, enter the email addresses with which you want to share event analytics.
- Click Share.
After you share the event analytics with other email addresses, you can view those email addresses under Access List; those emails will have access to the event analytics.
Note: Hub owners and hosts are automatically given access.
How to download CSV reports
- Access the Analytics Surveys & Polls tab in the event creation flow.
- In the top-right corner of the Surveys & Polls page, click Download CSV.
A Download CSV panel will appear, displaying all analytics reports. - In the panel, select the analytic report you want to download.
