Configuring Zoom IQ for Sales with a CRM

An account admin will need to integrate your Customer relationship management (CRM) account with Zoom so that Zoom can sync deal progress with Zoom IQ and provide additional analytics.

Prerequisites for configuring Zoom IQ for Sales with a CRM
- Business or Enterprise account
- Licensed user with Zoom IQ add-on license
- Account owner, admin privileges, or a custom role that has account settings view/edit permission enabled
- Account utilizing any of the supported CRM tools
- Approved associated domain
- Users must integrate their calendar with Zoom
How to integrate with Salesforce
Note: Salesforce data is synced once every 24 hours.
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
- In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Account Settings.
- Click the Zoom IQ tab.
- In the More Settings section, click the Configure option for the CRM Integration.
- Click the Select a CRM dropdown menu and select Salesforce.
- Provide the JWT from your Salesforce account. Please refer to generating Salesforce JWT for Zoom IQ Sales.
- Click Configure to confirm the token.
How to integrate with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
- In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Account Settings.
- Click the Zoom IQ tab.
- In the More Settings section, click the Configure option for the CRM Integration.
- Click the Select a CRM dropdown menu and select Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- In a new tab or window, sign in to your Microsoft Dynamics 365 account.
- From the application drop-down, select Settings then Customizations.
- Click Developer Resources.
- Under Instance Web API, find and copy the service URL in the Service Root URL field.
- Back in the Zoom tab or window, paste the Service Root URL in the Your Service Root URL field.
- Click Configure.
You will be prompted to sign in to your Microsoft Dynamics 365 account (if you are not already) and authorize Zoom access to your account. - Click Submit to continue.
How to integrate with Monday
Note: Before following these steps, please make sure you have successfully generated an API token.
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
- In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Account Settings.
- Click the Zoom IQ tab.
- In the More Settings section, click the Configure option for the CRM Integration.
- Click the Select a CRM dropdown menu and select Monday.
- In the Input API Token field, enter the API token you have generated.
- Click Configure.
You will be prompted to sign in to your Monday account (if you are not already) and authorize Zoom access to your account. - Click Submit to continue.
How to integrate with HubSpot
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
- In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Account Settings.
- Click the Zoom IQ tab.
- In the More Settings section, click the Configure option for the CRM Integration.
- Click the Select a CRM dropdown menu and select HubSpot.
- Click Configure.
You will be prompted to sign in to your HubSpot account (if you are not already) and authorize Zoom access to your account. - Click Submit to continue.
How to disconnect CRM integration
Note: Disconnecting the integration cannot be undone once confirmed.
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
- In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Account Settings.
- Click the Zoom IQ tab.
- In More Settings then CRM Integration section, click Disconnect.
- (Optional) In the dialog box, select Remove all CRM data from Zoom IQ to remove all CRM deals within Zoom IQ.
- Click Disconnect to confirm.
Note: Once confirmed, this action cannot be undone.
