Clearing local app data and cookies for Zoom Apps
Some Zoom Apps may store data and cookies locally on the desktop. If you have trouble opening Zoom Apps, we recommend clearing the marketplace app data to free up space and resolve similar issues.

- Zoom desktop client
- Windows: 5.6.7 or higher
- macOS: 5.6.7 or higher
How to clear local app data and cookies for Zoom Apps
- Sign in to the Zoom desktop client.
- Click your profile picture, then click Settings .
- Click the Zoom Apps tab.
- Under Zoom Apps Local App Data & Cookies, click the Clear button.
A Clear stored data and cookies pop-up window will appear.
- Click Clear.
The last cleared date will update automatically.
