Configuring Zoom IQ competitor and features analytics

How to configure competitor analytics

Understand how you perform against the competition. Create a list of known competitors and let your team add to it based on their experience in the field.

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Account Settings.
  3. Click the Zoom IQ tab.
  4. Under the Analytics section, click the Competitors Mentioned toggle to enable.
  5. Click the Add Competitors option below to enter the names of competitors you want to track, each separated by a comma.
  6. Click Save.

How to configure features analytics

Capture valuable feedback on your product's feature set. Create a list of known features of interest and let your team add to it based on their conversations.

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Account Settings.
  3. Click the Zoom IQ tab.
  4. Under the Analytics section, click the Features Mentioned toggle to enable.
  5. Click the Add Features option below to enter the names of features you want to track, each separated by a comma.
  6. Click Save.
