Troubleshooting sign-in issues
If you can’t sign in to Zoom on desktop, mobile, or browser, there might be issues with your password or the email address you registered with Zoom. You may also receive error codes when signing in, or you may not be able to receive the verification code to access your account. Follow the troubleshooting steps to fix these issues or similar problems, and learn other methods of signing in to your account.

- Check if your internet connection is stable.
- Review your app version and then upgrade as necessary.
- Uninstall the app, then download and reinstall it.
- Clear Zoom cache and cookies from the settings.
- Restart your device or browser.
Reset your password to sign in
If you forgot your password, provide the email address you registered with Zoom and reset your password.
Change your sign-in email address
If you can no longer access the email address you registered with Zoom, submit a request to Zoom Support. If you need to change the email address associated with your account, learn how to update your email with Zoom. Zoom recommends setting up two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to add another layer of security.

Check your spam folder for verification email during sign-in
While most mail servers receive Zoom’s email within a few minutes, some may take longer. If you didn’t receive a verification email, confirm that email@example.com is allowed in your inbox and learn how to check your spam folder if you still can't find the email.
Sign in with SSO
If you are part of a larger account, an admin on the account may have disabled email sign-in. They are likely enforcing single sign-on (SSO) instead. Learn how you can use SSO to log in on the web and with the Zoom client.
Use another sign-in method
You can be signed in to Zoom on one computer, one tablet, and one phone at a time. If you sign in from another device of the same type, you will be logged out automatically on the first device. If you are still unable to sign in, you can also use another sign-in method.
