Testing device performance for Zoom Events

The system-readiness tool checks if your system meets the minimum requirements needed to enjoy the optimal Zoom Events experience. The test provides users with recommendations based on the results. Test results are not stored.
The parameters the tool addresses are:
- The network speed: A minimum internet connection speed will be suggested.
- The browser type and version your device is running.
- The recommended browser type and version number to run Zoom Events.
- The recommended Zoom client version.
Attendees and speakers can open the tool from their desktop or mobile device's browser, and conduct the test without additional input.
The system-readiness tool can be accessed from the event detail page and the event lobby on desktop and mobile browsers.

Prerequisites for testing device performance for Zoom Events
- Basic, Pro, Business, Enterprise, or Education account
- Zoom desktop client for Windows, macOS, or Linux: Global minimum version or higher
- Zoom mobile app for Android or iOS: Global minimum version or higher
- Zoom Events web browser:
- Chromium Edge: 80 or higher
- Google Chrome: 53.0.2785 or higher
- Safari: 10.0.602.1.50 or higher
- Firefox: 76 or higher
- Internet Explorer: 10 or higher
Note: Microsoft has ended support for Internet Explorer (IE) 11 on August 17, 2021. Based on this date, Zoom has ended support for IE on September 30, 2021. Users can still use Zoom on IE after this date but we will no longer be supporting IE, fixing issues related to IE, or offering any customer support related to IE.

You can use the system-readiness tool to identify if your device and network connection meet the minimum requirements needed to enjoy the optimal Zoom Events experience.
Test your device's readiness in the event lobby
- Join an event lobby on a web browser.
- In the top-right corner, click your profile picture.
- Click Test My Device.
The system check page will appear; this page will display the recommendations for the best experience on Zoom Events.
- Join an event lobby on your mobile web browser.
- In the top-right corner, tap the 3 horizontal lines to access the menu.
- Tap Test My Device.

Test your device's readiness on the event details page
- Access the event details page of a Zoom Event.
- On the event details page, click Test My Device.
