Using Zoom IQ for Sales Indicators

The Indicators configured by your account owner or admin will be visible to you as a user when you subscribe to you them. Once subscribed, you will receive alerts and can view the indicators on conversations and analytics.

How to subscribe to Indicators

To subscribe to an indicator that your admin has created:

Option 1: Subscribe using Personal Analytics

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Zoom IQ for Sales then Analytics.
  3. Click the tab of the Indicators that you want to subscribe to, then click Subscribe.
  4. A pop-up dialogue will appear.
  5. In the dialogue box, manage your subscription:
    • If your admin has configured the Indicators to use Guiding Sentences, you can set up:
      • Subscription Email Cadence - You can choose from Instantly, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
      • Notify me when mentioned in conversations hosted by - You can choose from All Teams, My Team, or Select teams or team members.
        Note: The options under this dropdown are based on the access your admin has granted you. If your Conversation permission needs to be updated, contact your account owner or admin.
    • If your admin has configured the Indicators to use Keyword Phrases, in addition to the above settings, you also have an option to choose between the following:
      • Subscribe to this indicator - This means you are subscribing to all keyword phrases for that indicator
      • Subscribe to specific Keyword Phrases in this indicator - This means you can select only the keyword phrases you prefer to subscribe to from the dropdown.
  6. Click Subscribe.

Option 2: Subscribe using Personal Settings

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Settings.
  3. Click the Zoom IQ for Sales tab.
  4. Under Analytics, click View Indicators.
  5. In the top-right corner of the Indicators card, click Subscribe.
  6. (Optional) Click the Subscribed dropdown arrow then click Manage Subscription.
  7. In the dialogue box, manage your subscription:
    • If your admin has configured the Indicators to use Guiding Sentences, you can set up:
      • Subscription Email Cadence - You can choose from Instantly, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
      • Notify me when mentioned in conversations hosted by - You can choose from All Teams, My Team, or Select teams or team members.

  8. Click Save

How to view Indicators data

View using the Dashboard

Visit your Zoom IQ Dashboard to view recent mentions of Subscribed Indicators.

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Zoom IQ for Sales then Dashboard.
  3. In the Recent Mentions of Subscribed Indicators section, click the date range you prefer from the dropdown then select the tab for the Indicators you wish to view.
  4. (Optional) Click on a recent conversation from the list to jump to the first instance the indicator was mentioned in the call.
    Note: If there is no data to show, you will only see View Indicators in this section. This will take you to your Personal Settings where you can subscribe or manage your subscription.

View in Analytics

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Zoom IQ for Sales then Analytics.
  3. Click the tab for the Indicators you wish to view.
  4. Analytics will display the data in a bar chart by default allowing you to compare the frequency of keywords mentioned across your calls at a glance.
  5. (Optional) Select a date range (Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days or Last 365 days or Custome Period), Selected Teams (to view variances across teams), or apply Advanced Filters based on your preference.
  6. Click a keyword from the bar chart to drill down the data that shows the following:
    • Mentions by Team Member - The percentage of conversations hosted by the team members where the keyword is mentioned by anyone.
    • Mentions Over Time - The percentage of conversations where keyword is mentioned over time.
    • Mentions By Deals Won or Lost - The percentage of conversations where keyword is mentioned by Deals Won or Lost.
  7. (Optional) Switch from Chart to Transcript to jump to specific conversations when the Indicators was mentioned.
    • Mentions by Team Member - The percentage of conversations hosted by the team members where the keyword is mentioned by anyone.
    • Mentions Over Time - The percentage of conversations where keyword is mentioned over time.
    • Mentions By Deals Won or Lost - The percentage of conversations where keyword is mentioned by Deals Won or Lost.
