Managing Zoom Whiteboard sharing options on the Zoom web portal
Last Updated:
Admins can adjust who can begin sharing a Zoom Whiteboard in a meeting (host only or all participants), as well as who can interrupt a participant's whiteboard (host only or all participants). This option is available at the account, group, and user levels, and can be locked at the account or group level. Similar to the screen sharing permissions, this can be configured on the web as the default or in the desktop client during a meeting or webinar.
Note: If you need help changing the settings for classic whiteboard, visit the guide on how to restrict in-meeting features when joining a meeting.
