Using Zoom Phone Subscription Center

The subscription center allows admins to schedule Zoom Phone quality of service and usage and adoption reports to be emailed to them daily, weekly, or monthly.

Prerequisites for using subscription center

  • Business, Enterprise, or Education account
  • Account owner or admin with privileges.
  • Account has Zoom Phone licenses

How to add a subscription

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Account Management, then Subscription Center.
  3. Click Add.
  4. In the Subscription section, do the following:
    • In the Subscription Name, type the name of your subscription.
    • Under Report, click the drop-down arrow  , then select one of the following:
    • Quality of Service, to receive reports of the voice quality of your calls.
      • (Optional) Click View Page to open the Quality of Service dashboard page.
      • (Optional) Select Overall to add the overall voice quality of your calls to your report.
      • (Optional) Select Call > Past Calls, to add call quality for past calls to your report.
      • Under Target, click the drop-down arrow  to select:
        • All, to run a report for all calls.
        • Department, to run a report for a department only, then enter the name of the department.
        • Cost Center, to run a report for a cost center only, then enter the name of the cost center.
    • Usage & Adoption, to receive reports of your call and SMS usage.
    • (Optional) Click View Page to open the Usage & Adaption dashboard page.
      • (Optional) Select Calls to add usage call data to your report.
      • (Optional) Select SMS to add usage SMS data to your report.
      • Under Target, click the drop-down arrow  to select:
        • All, to run a report for your entire account.
  5. In the Delivery Settings section, do the following:
  6. Under Frequency, click the drop-down arrow, then select:
    • Daily, then Everyday, to receive a report every day.
    • Weekly, then a day, to receive a report weekly on that day.
    • Monthly, then a date, to receive a report monthly on that date.
  7. Under Time Frame, click the drop-down arrow  to select the time and time zone for the delivery.
  8. Under Email Recipients, add the email addresses of users within your account that will receive the reports.
    Note: You can only add 10 email recipients.
  9. Select You confirm that you are authorized to share the selected report(s) with the recipient(s) listed above.
  10. Under Active Status, click the toggle  to enable the status of the subscription if it is disabled.
    Active status will send a confirmation email to your recipient(s) once to let them know they’ve been added to the subscription list to receive reports.
  11. Click Save.

How to search or view the list of your subscriptions

You can view, and search the list of subscriptions you created.

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Account Management, then Subscription Center. You will see the following:
  3. A search box: Type the name of the subscription you are looking for.
  4. A filter defaulted to Report or Dashboard (All) to list all of your report types. You can click the drop-down arrow  , to select Quality of Service, or Usage & Adoption to view a list of those report types only.
  5. A filter defaulted to Target (All) to list all subscription targets. You can click the drop-down arrow  , to select Department, or Cost Center, to view the list of reports according to your selection only.
  6. A filter defaulted to Active Status, to list all active subscriptions. You can click the drop-down arrow  to select Active or Inactive to list those subscriptions only.
  7. Name: The name of your subscription.
  8. Report or Dashboard:
  9. Target: The target of your subscription, department, cost center, or both.
  10. Frequency: Frequency of your subscription, day, week, or month.
  11. Email recipient: Emails of your subscription recipients.
  12. Active Status: Status of your subscription.
  13. (Optional) To the far right of the name of your subscription, click the more options icon  , then select Delete if you desire to delete that subscription.
