Release notes for Workspace Reservation

New and enhanced features

  • User features
    • Support for Workspace Reservation on the Zoom mobile app
      Workspace Reservation’s mobile app integration allows users to reserve workspaces from their mobile device and the Zoom mobile app. Workspace Reservation includes the following features for users on mobile devices:
      • Reserve workspaces before coming into the office
      • Find available seats/rooms based on the specific time period users want to reserve
      • Select the location the users will visit to display the relevant floor map. Once a map is opened, it will save as a default location, and users will always have the option to switch to another floor/default location.
      • Click a reservation to view its location on the floor map and view where others are sitting.

Release notes for Zoom IQ for Sales

New and enhanced features

  • Administrator features
    • Settings for managing Zoom IQ users
      User and Permission Management section added to Role Settings so Zoom IQ admins can view and manage IQ users settings in a single unified role.
    • Zoom IQ to Salesforce data sync
      Account owners and admins can allow Zoom IQ to create new activities in Salesforce from conversation analysis to synchronize data between the two platforms.
    • Support for additional audit logs functionality
      Account owners and admins can access audit logs for changes made to conversation/email to Deal link, deal to conversation link, Topic Mentioned, and CRM integration.
  • User features
    • Distinguish between attendees and no-show participants
      On the Conversations list page, no-show participant names are grayed out so you can easily distinguish them from those who attended the meeting
    • Changes to Conversations URL
      From https://zoom.us/iq/recordings, the Conversations URL is now https://zoom.us/iq/conversations
    • Analyze email within Deals details page
      For users with email integration enabled, the Deals detail page allows you to search through email content the same way you can search Meetings and Phone transcripts. It also allows you to drill down into the email thread for the complete context.
