Accessing Zoom IQ for Sales recordings

You can control the meeting recordings that Zoom IQ for Sales analyzes.

All the recordings that meet the criteria set by your Zoom IQ admins will appear to you as Conversations.

The Conversations page allows you to:

  • Search and view transcripts including a Screen Text option to show texts displayed during screen share
  • Search using featured callouts such as Good Questions, Next Steps, and Filler Words.
  • Filter conversations by Team Members
  • View a list of calls you have attended as a participant under My Conversations
  • Quickly gain insights into the meeting through automated summary and detected chapters
  • Create your own playlist of recording

Note: Zoom IQ recordings follow the data retention policies of the Zoom account. If your account owner or admins are configured to delete Zoom recordings automatically after a period of time, then the recordings will be removed from Zoom IQ as well.

How to access My Conversations

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Zoom IQ for Sales then Conversations.
  3. In the My Conversations tab, you can:
    • Filter the date range to Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Last 365 days, or use Custom Period.
    • Search using Callouts such as Good Questions, Next Steps, and Filler Words.
    • Filter Topic to All, Meeting Topic, or Phone Topic
    • See a Processing Analysis label when a recording is ready but data is still being analyzed.
    • Control the columns you want the page to display:
      • Topic
      • Start Time
      • Customer
      • Internal Participants (No-show participant names are grayed out)
      • External Participants (No-show participant names are grayed out)
      • Stage during Conversation
      • Engagement Score
      • Sentiment Score
      • Longest Spiel
      • Filler Words
      • Patience
      • Good Questions
      • Next Steps
  4. Click a conversation from the list to review the recording and associated metrics. The recording playback has typical controls, such as play/pause, volume, playback speed control, and fullscreen.
    Under the recording playback section are:
    • Conversation: helps you gain insights into the meeting using Summary and Smart Chapters.
    • Participants: a visual breakdown of each participant’s speaking through the meeting, as well as percentages of each participant. This can help you see who spoke more during certain parts of the conversation, as well as jump directly to those sections with a click
    • Coaching: allows sales leads to provide score-based feedback

    In the right pane of the recording playback section, you have:

    • Overview: This contains the Deal Info, Conversation Engagement, and Sentiment, Next Steps, Callouts, Topic Highlights, and Indicators.
      Note: Sections available here depend on configurations made by your Zoom IQ admins.
    • Content: This contains a Transcript and Screen Text tab. Screen Text show texts displayed during a screen share.
    • Comments: start a conversation, give feedback, and mention to notify others
    • Clips: You can highlight moments in the conversation to return to that part of the recording quickly by creating clips. All the clips you have created for that particular conversation will appear in this section.
  5. (Optional) Click beside the conversation topic to Add to a Playlist and Share Link or to Remove Conversation.
    Note: When you remove a conversation, all analytics related to this conversation will be removed. This action cannot be undone.

How to access All Conversations

How to access Playlists

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Zoom IQ for Sales then Conversations.
  3. Under the Playlists tab, you can
    • Create a Playlist or a Smart Playlist
      Note: Recordings and clips that match the defined filters will be automatically added to a smart playlist.
    • Filter the playlist to only the ones you are following
    • Search by playlist
